  Came in for a visit, although Dr Allison was not in, Cristine kindly offered to have the hygienist clean my teeth. She was very polite and kind. The whole staff was pleasant.

  Upgraded beautifully! They have their own Holistic library to choose from and I'm huge in holistic. The hygienist Jonathan is very thorough, gave me tips on how to have better home care, although I felt the conversation was pretty long, but it was nice. thanks guys you rock

  My son Lucas came in and Dr Allison is amazing. He's been here for 30 years and very experience. Both modern and old dentistry. He always makes our visits personal and the new Office Manager is just a plus in the office. She offers us a bunch of comfort during our visits which lacked in the past. I would give this place a 10 if I could

  I'm not much of a online review person BUT I can make an exception for this office. The girls in the front are very helpful and tentative. Dr Sara is amazing and nice, she doesn't push treatment on me and she very understanding. Thanks girls you're all amazing

  I needed a dentist closer to home and I’m happy I found Total Dental. The support staff are personable and easy going. On my first visit, they took x-rays, then the dentist came in, pulled up a chair next to mine then casually had a conversation with me about all the teeth that were up on the screen. It was super chill and I really appreciated that. We put together a plan to address all my dental issues. I have a lot of cosmetics I want to get taken care of. I’ve already had one crown replaced and a old, ugly filling replaced. I have also seen the hygienist, Jonathan, and he made my day. Super helpful and gave me lots of tips and encouragement. He really made me feel good and positive about doing a better job with my oral hygiene. They offered a holistic approach here, they take into consideration the whole being, which is really great.
  
  I really appreciate that they have a parking lot. The office is right on the Bay in Emeryville, it’s beautiful. I like to go down to the marina after my visit, it’s super nice.
