  I had the most amazing experience at Diane's meditation retreat last weekend! I had never been to one before and didn't know what to expect but it was really chill, comfortable, and I was able to release some patterns that had been holding me back for literally decades! I was actually quite surprised that I had that much success with it. Diane is an amazing facilitator and her intuitive abilities really zero-in on your underlying reasons/issues/patterns. She has a gorgeous labyrinth that we were able to walk through while doing a silent, personal meditation and I was shocked at how powerful it was for me. I honestly did not expect that. I wish I could explain how that works, but, you just have to see for yourself! I highly recommend HBHS wellness retreats! How often do we ever focus on ourselves?! Just do it. It will be good for you, and everyone else in your life.

  I've been working with Diane for two months. I'm on my sixth session with her.
  I am a 43 year old woman. I do peritoneal dialysis twice a day - for about a year now. One Riki session and my drain bag was completely clean and clear no fibrin strings or chuncks. I'm extremely excited to have found healing bodies healing souls to help me clean up my life and just help me be a better me. Diane is an amazing woman, healer, listener, teacher. She'll keep you in check and in line with your goals, with the purest open heart.

  When I first made my apt with her I was spiraling. I was in a negative relationship, I had anorexia and couldn’t decide what to do in my life. I had lost my job, I was spiritually and mentally paralyzed. I was so malnutritioned, I was losing my hair and exhausted.
  
  What felt like only a half hour was actually several hours she spent working on me. (There was a lot for her to clear) Diane is a master healer, excellent at moving and cleansing energy.
  
  After my appointment it was like a fog had lifted and my mind was clear and focused. I could actually feel that my energy had shifted. From that day forward everything has come together. Like, a new job, health has gotten better, and making the decision to sale my home and move.
  
  I’ll always be so incredibly grateful for the blessing Diane was to me!

  Diane's heart and intuitive excellence immediately creates a space for trust and relaxation while at the same time challenging you to bring your best to the table. Her sense of caring encourages you to explore that which needs your attention so that you can face yourself with honesty and humility. I love that she tosses in her humor and you can laugh at some obviously simple issues that need resolving and also at the more complex aspects of life. It truly is the medicine that allows one to push through some very difficult issues. I highly recommend her to anyone with a beating heart. I'm very grateful that our paths have crossed.

Her direct approach, wisdom and loving energy allows the client to become aware of areas that require healing and provides tangible methods to overcome anything that feels heavy.
