Dr. Nord is a very pleasant , polite and professional doctor. Always listening to any questions or concerns that I may have as a patient. Explain everything to me in depth. Although I moved all the way to the valley I drove to the bay area just to be under his care. Very Excellent Orthopedic Surgeon

Wonderful experience with Washington town ship medical group great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Russell is wonderful surgeon, he’s taking time to go over diagnosis clearly and treatment options. extremely professional knowledgeable he takes time to listen and time to explain. He’s already reviewed the reason for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asked if I have any other questions. He is very kind and patient. I was having surgery with him but he has made me feel I’m in good hands. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery and follow-up. He is my favorite Medical provider. He’s always friendly, thoughtful, genuine, I can’t not speak more highly of him. it’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and quality of medical care. Dr. Nord is an excellent practitioner and has great compassion for all of his clients. If you are having some problems, other than his specific Orthopedic work, he will listen and give excellent advice or referrals. I have seen him for work on my right knee, he has repaired ligaments, and given shots to keep my knee from being replaced. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Nord. and will not hesitate to have him replace my knee(s) when the time comes.

Pre surgery Dr. Nord listened and took good notes. He explained options very clearly. Surgery was very successful. His post care was kind, compassionate, he answered all my questions and explained what to do and what not to do at different intervals. Surgery was almost a year ago and happy to have had my hip replacement.

Dr. Nord was excellent at every step of the process. He is a skilled surgeon and very personable. After every encounter, I realized how fortunate I was to have him as my surgeon. I never felt rushed during any appointment. My hip is now pain free.
