I have been treated by Dr. Massen and his staff for over five years. The staff is the best and most caring in all the Doctors offices I have visited since my Gastric By-pass in 2004.
The staff has called me at home just to check if I am doing well. During my visits to the Hayward Office, I noticed how busy the day can be. The staff is so very professional and friendly. They treat me as if I am family.
Dr. Massen is the best Primary Care Physcian I have had in my whole life. I am 58 years old and I do have quite a few medical problems. Dr. Massen has helped my truly unique ailment with heat and compassion. Dr. Massen is the best Doctor I have had in my Life.
