Aptive Environmental

This is my initial service. Technician Drake Young was very professional in doing all that needs to be done. He was very thorough in cleaning all the cobwebs around the house and spray/protect the areas around the house. He answered all the questions I had. Job well done.

Joseph did a very good job, he cleaned up all of the spider webs around the house, and sprayed inside and outside. He told us that we will bee scheduled for anther visit in a month. Joseph did an excellent job.

We have a mice problem, and when the technician came today, he was so good, we had caught a mouse in a sticky trap in the kitchen, and I was freaking out. He was calm, came in and took care of the situation, put more traps where we had seen signs of mice, sprayed for the bugs I showed him, put traps for mice outside, even helped me with our gate that doesn't open well. Very nice guy, very efficient, and said when the traps have mice in them, call, someone will come back out and get them. I'm a happy woman. Thank you, Roy Chavez!!

I was planning to discontinue my service because I haven't been impressed by the technicians that have come out previously. However, Ariel Nicholson came out last week and serviced our home and she was WONDERFUL! Because of her customer care/service, I have decided to continue my service with Aptive. I highly recommend her! Thank you, Ariel!

We are doing business with this company for the first time! Every step of the way has been wonderful, starting with the introduction of the company, finalizing our contract, to the applying if the product to our home and yard! Thank you Drake for explaining the process and helping us to get rid of the nasty bugs!!
