Metro Towing

My elderly parents were driving at midnight on a secluded road in the hills when their tire blew out. The estimated arrival time was 45 minutes but Omar got there much faster and switched out the tire quickly. My parents were pretty shaken up but Omar made them feel safe on the side of the road. 5 stars for great customer service!

Jeff did an awesome job for picking my Tesla to tow to the service center. Picked up the vehicle on time and handled everything professionally. Will call him again, if any towing service needed again.

Our Tesla had a flat tire and clearly we couldn't drive it anywhere! Metro towing was prompt in arriving to our home and professionally loaded our vehicle.

We didn't set up towing, as Tesla did it for us but Allen was very reassuring and communicative. Their text message updates were also very nice.

I feel blessed to have had such excellent help quickly with Metro Towing in a frightening situation on the highway when I became stranded on the shoulder. They very quickly communicated their ETA to me and arrived ready to work. They got me and my vehicle safely off the highway. I felt so grateful for their bravery and competence.
