The management reached out to me multiple times to inquire how to fix these issues, and asked if there was anything else that needed addressing. I am glad that they did this!

They do not plow the parking lot appropriately, so it becomes very difficult to drive in.

The apartment smelled and frequently smells like weed.

The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors.

The management are never there, so good luck getting maintenance or an issue fixed.

Office staff is really good and always assist me when need help. The maintenance people get the job done right and effectively whenever I need something fixed. Great place to live at.

Lived in Brighton Woods for a year and a half Elizabeth in the office was amazing! Always so friendly and works with you when life happens (or pandemic) the apartments are old and not much light gets to the windows at the building but they were clean with new flooring when I moved in, neighbors had been there a long time and very friendly. It is a not great area so lock up your car leave no belongings, my second vehicle parked in guest parking for over a week while I was out of town had the plates stolen off of it. But that was the only issue. It’s small, it’s an apartment, but the staff was great and it was clean and the outside well kept.
