(February 5, 2019, 8:01 pm)Great Service - The provide a shuttle to and from the airport and also take you to Oracle Arena. I stayed there on 1/16/19 and called today 2/5/19 because we really liked the toaster in the breakfast room and wanted to get one, Dorothy was very helpful on the phone. Will be back, go Warriors!

(January 5, 2019, 11:34 am)Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean with incredibly comfortable pillows and beds. I had some issues getting the television to work but that front desk staff were helpful. My only complaint was that their wifi network would kick me off every 45 minutes or so and force me to log back in. Other than that, this is an ideal spot if you're flying in or out of Oakland.

(November 8, 2018, 9:08 pm)Great hotel. Really liked the layout of the rooms. Beds are comfortable and the room is very modern. It's also well lit which is surprisingly rare for a hotel room. The rest of the hotel is clean and well keep. Haven't tried the breakfast as I typically leave too early.

(October 26, 2018, 1:35 am)Booked this spot because it was close to the Oracle arena. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the Oakland airport, including other places such as the Oracle arena. They have dedicated drivers until around 1AM. Rooms were clean and well kept, as you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Includes free breakfast.
