  It was clean and had a good nights sleep. $15 for parking in an open parking lot was a little weird. Not like it was a valet parking but I did see security checking in with front desk. Online it said $115. Smoking deal. I was clicking away to reserve the last room. Didn't notice the $117 taxes and fees. + parking. Wow, really. Taxes and fees are more than the room. Still pretty good price for the going rate in the area that night. Additional star for having a bar. Lol

  We came on Valentine’s Day weekend and stayed in one of the suites. Very spacious and clean. I loved the waterfront view. Enrique at the front desk has great customer service skills and is extremely helpful. I came this weekend as well and Enrique remembered me and again was very helpful. Great hotel. The breakfast and dinner was great. Everyone who works here is great! Thank you! I didn’t get everyone names but the bartenders, the dinner cook and the front desk are all great!

  Clean. Efficient staff. Good views from the water side of the property.There were no homeless camps in sight.
  A personal item had been picked up and taken away by Housekeeping. When I told someone what had happened he notified the front desk. I was contacted by Housekeeping and told that they would start looking for my item. The item was found in a very timely manner and the cleaned item was returned to me.
  The breakfast was generous for continental style. The only drawback is that the Inn had just started charging for parking. All in all we had an enjoyable stay!

  I would like to talk about the excellent hosting. In addition to the complete infrastructure and impeccable cleanliness, they offer a shuttle service (a van picks you up at the station), which works great. I particularly went through an episode:
  It was the first time I traveled alone, I was very nervous. When I arrived, I took the subway, got off at the station and called them, in less than 5 minutes they were there to pick me up. When I arrived at the hotel, I couldn't find my cell phone and was desperate for everything I needed: reservation number, flights, emails, EVERYTHING! It was on my cell phone, I was desperate not to find it. That's when the hotel offered me a service beyond its scope, a human service. 4 Employees that I personally want to thank for helping me: Brandon, Enrique, Luis and Xochitl.
  Even with guests checking in and out, they helped me to call / search for my cell phone. At the first opportunity they took me back with a shuttle to look for my cell phone at the BART-metro station. In the end I found my cell phone and felt safe again. I felt safe for two reasons: the cell phone itself; and the hotel staff who didn't hesitate to help me and made me feel safe where I am. Thank you for the excellent and affectionate hosting, you make anyone feel at home.

  From check in to David's service Sunday morning... I ENJOYED MYSELF !! This was my weekend to run away. After weeks of hard work, crowded BART rides and family this was sorely needed , and they exceeded my expectations. If your not really choice-y about what you eat. But you like the fact that you check in and you need not go anywhere???? Then this is the place for you!!! Really good breakfast and a REAL one at that!! Dinner is either Steak or Salmon w/a really big spring salad and mashed potatoes. Full bar and a beautiful view to eat by. Make your reservation now....trust me , you WILL DEFINITELY thank me later ????
