I had a great experience at this location. I was helped by Steven to trade in my phone for a newer model. He was quick to inform me of all my options and go over the deals that were going on. He was extremely nice and made the whole process way less nerve-wracking than it can be sometimes (last time I got a new phone, I was at a Verizon store for 2 hours). This took no more than 20 minutes and I was out the door with a nice, crisp iPhone 13. I think more locations should have workers like him.
Kay, at the Verizon in McCandless was amazing. I purchased a new phone and she was very professional and knowledgeable. She transferred all of my info to my new phone, quickly. I highly recommend her. Thank you Kay!!
I ended up having to go twice, BUT Mike and Kay were worth it. I broke my phone and forgot/didn’t know my pin for the account. Mike gave me options and exactly what to do to get through the next 24 hours. I went back today and Kay was super helpful from start to finish! She was so sweet and so patient. Buying/upgrading a phone can be pricey and frustrating. Although it was pricey, it was as painless as it could’ve been.
Needed a new phone as my old one was no longer of use. Ryan was very helpful and extremely patient with setting up my new one and explaining various procedures to me. Kassie was also very accommodating and I felt valued as a customer at this store.
I’ll be honest; I had no idea how a Wireless Zone differed from a regular Verizon store, but I really wanted the new iPhone and went in to see what they could tell me about trading in my old one. It ended up being a far better experience than any time I’ve been to a Verizon store. The associates were helpful and not at all pushy. They even helped me out by calling their Grandview Crossing location to see if they had the model I wanted and agreed to hold the very last one in stock. I drove over there and got the phone for the exact price I was quoted - no gimmicks or surprises. I’ll definitely consider using Wireless Zone again in the future!
