The teachers are very well trained and kind. Whether you are a beginner or have more experience you will find classes that are appropriate. In mixed classes all levels are given options. The inspiration series events are especially interesting and fun. This year in December I will go on my first retreat...to Mexico with Ann Dyer Cervantes. Come try us! You won't be sorry!
