(April 28, 2015, 8:40 pm)Oakland Boot Camp is incredibly wonderful for a 72 year old mother of five. Coming to the Oakland Boot Camp keeps me in good health. In spite of some physical issues (such as two knee replacements, foot surgery, and breast cancer) I am able, thanks to the support, friendship and expertize of Jennie and Anna, to remain very active.. Being active and healthy allows me to hike, travel extensively and have lots of fun being able to do physical things without restraints. My doctors have praised my interest in exercise and tribute my speedy recoveries to my long time participation (maybe ten years) in boot camp.
