When we bought our piano (baby grand) Mr Abdalian helped me examine the piano thoroughly before the purchase -- I was a bit surprised at the ease and speed with which he dissembled the piano and put it back together. Mr Abdalian provided very helpful advices and we were very happy with the purchase. We later contacted him again to fix a key and some other minor problems, and he did it in a highly professional way, patiently explained to me how everything works.
