LAS VENTANAS

Great place to live and excellent staff. Central location that is the best. I would recommended. I love yoga and zumba exercise classes. New manager is very nice.

Las Ventanas Apartments is a beautiful place to live. Teanna is the new Manager and she is the best. Ive lived here for over 14 years so this says a lot. We have a lot of fun with the events on the communityand have a great community. This is my home and not another place to rent!

I have lived here for almost 1 year. This review is truly for Joel, the maintenance guy. Las Ventanas is LUCKY to have him! Not only is he extremely kind and always greets you with a smile, he is very prompt in addressing any maintenance requests including after hours requests. The grounds are beautifully maintained and I attribute that to him as well.

Parking here is NOT good. 1 star for that. I've come home 4 times now to other people parked in my spot and when this happens, you're SOL. Very frustrating, but Joel is always just a phone call away! He takes time out of his evenings to come address my parking issues and always solves it. He's just the best.

There is also a cat colony problem here which is difficult to witness on a daily basis as an animal lover, but I've heard from other neighbors that Joel does what he can to at least save any kittens. Love this! This should be addressed by management, and not maintenance but what can you do. I've offered to get management in touch with contacts I have at local rescues who have offered help but management never took the step to reach out. Disappointed by that. There are a few neighbors (including myself) who feed them and do TNR as often as possible.

I've enjoyed living here overall and Joel has played a huge part in that! Thank you Joel for all you do!
