  The foot massage was excellent and wonderful. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the lack of clarity about what is expected of the customer. After the massage, the masseuse started asking me for something which I didn't understand. I finally understood that he expected a tip which I was happy to provide. He wasn't happy with what I gave him.That interaction, after a wonderful massage, was not so wonderful. When I got home and read other reviews on google, I understood that the massage price is low. The expectation of a generous tip is high. I would strongly suggest a sign at the front desk and on the website that says "In order to keep our prices low, our massage therapists reply on your generous tip." Also, if the therapist gave the customer a small envelope at the end of the session with his/her name on it, then it would be another clue as to expected behavior.

  Ee-sen is the guy to see here! Great full body massage with a great price. $40 bucks. Please tip nicely. Regular percentages aren't really acceptable, I think. I normally leave at least $15-$20 for gratuity.

  Today my full body massage was provided by The Masseuse called May. The stepping-on-back massage is Therapeutic for me. My whole day stress from work is completely gone. My $20 tip is worth every piece of penny. Thank you so much. By the way, The newly available online appointment is very convenient for me.
