MACT Health Board - Jackson - Medical

I’ve been a patient for almost a year here and haven’t had an issue. Dr. Rikardson and the nurse practitioner have always been very professional and courteous. They’re thorough and even took the time to do an EKG when my heart rate was abnormally high. The office staff are also very nice and try to fit you in for an appointment in a timely manner if you need to be seen. I would definitely recommend.

Right now MACT Health Board in Jackson is going through a phase with no permanent Dr or Nurse Practitioner but they are doing the best they can. I just went for my check up on Tuesday Oct 10 and the temporary NP they have, Laura, is very nice and helpful. I have been coming to the clinic for 4 years now and have always had a good experience. They really do try to accommodate your needs.

Dr Ko is the best, most gentle , caring and sweet dentist ever. This is the first dentist that I have ever had that can give a shot without pain. She has this slow technique while giving the shot where the pain is so slight that the worst part of the whole visit, ( the shots ) has become the easiest part! She is also nice and respectful to her staff as well :)
