Power Up! Fitness Studio

I love Power Up! I use the open gym and never miss a Spin class. Spin is my absolute favorite.

Our local gym folks retired so we are re looking at our area fitness choices.. Power Up has a lot of options . Folks are friendly.. and classes / membership affordable.

Power up Fitness is amazing! I love being able to do multiple classes like spin, ball Pilates, Zumba, etc. That can fit anyone’s schedule. I have taken classes with Jennifer, Summer and Brian and they are amazing instructors! If the class schedule doesn’t align with your personal schedule you can always head next door to the 24 hour fitness center that has everything you need to get an awesome workout in!

Excellent equipment, variety of fitness classes and AWESOME instructors!

I love this place! I’ve tried every class and enjoy them all for different reasons. If you’re looking for weight classes, stretch classes, Zumba fitness or cardio classes or just want to work out on your own with machines or free weights, this is your place. I’ve used the childcare when my children were younger and they loved playing with others while I got my workout in. I’ve also used the digital files of classes when I can’t attend workouts in person. There’s a huge variety so you never feel bored. The owner is also the instructor and she will kick your butt. You will like it and come back for more.
