So be sure to inspect your property for nails after they pick up their dumpster. Luckily, I found a dozen missed nails on my driveway and around the perimeter of the house. Also take your own pictures for before and during each step of your roof removal and installation. It will help you out if things don’t go right and add value to potential buyers. Better upgrade with warranty transfer option.

We had a excellent experience with this company! They gave us a decent price which even included all rotten wood and hurricane clips. They got the task underway in a timely manner and finished with a crew that was considerate and professional. They completed all follow-ups including wind mitigation report and inspection and sent all pertinent information along with photos to our insurance company. Even worked with us when we had a payment dilemma that came up. recommend!

We were glad with the fix work they performed to an external area that had water damage, roof/window repair and other other replacement items. they also did a fantastic job on painting our large home that had a lot of trim. Workers were professional, skilled and nice work with over a couple weeks. The supervisors were excellent and responded to all of our requests. we will recommend them to others.
