    I love my job and my students. Research based, good teaching philosophies have been implemented to fidelity and are woven into every level, k-8, so that the students have routines they can know and trust. Students and parents are often consulted when decisions are to be made. Most parents volunteer quite a bit. Lot's of field trips, projects, multi-age groupings, and small class sizes allow children have fun while learning.
