The best word to describe these guys is, professional. Called them just a few hours after I found out my AC unit had stopped working. They were able to show up earlier than expected and called to let me know. Once they assessed the issue, they took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure only necessary repairs were made Highly recommend to friends and family

Excellent experience with California Mechanical. Friendly scheduler. Awesome technician. Henry was friendly and experienced. He lives and works in the neighborhood so knows all about the area. I scheduled with California Mechanical because of their recent donation to my son's softball team I will continue to use them because of Henry's excellent service.

I had an outstanding experience with this company. They arrived within the time frame quoted and even phoned ahead to advise that it would be likely they would be arriving on the back end of that time. I thought that was above and beyond, as I know many companies that will quote 8-5 and show up at 4:59 with no acknowledgment of the time you have wasted waiting on them.
