Carlos and team just completed repairs to my roof, and I'm thrilled with the quality of their work and the entire experience. After I called to request an estimate, Carlos responded immediately, and we were able to schedule the consultation within days. He spent a significant amount of time with me, at our initial consultation, at our contract signing meeting, and after the job was complete, talking with me, looking at my roof, hearing my concerns, answering my questions, explaining a range of repair options that I could consider, and reviewing the work. His estimate was incredibly detailed and clear, and he provided many photos, from both before and during the repairs, helping me see what needed to be done, and what was done. He even matched my house color perfectly, from a dried old sample of my house paint, to paint replaced sections under my eaves that had had wood rot. He also came up with helpful and attractive solutions for issues, such as places where birds and other animals were nesting or creating damage to my roof, and he corrected problems from incorrect roof installment from the original builders. Finally, he provided a trusted referral to another contractor, when I asked if he knew anyone who could help with another issue on my house, which was a result of water damage from my roof leaks. I 100% recommend Carlos and his team, and will absolutely be calling him again in the future, the next time I need help with my roof. Thank you, Carlos!

Carlos works with you from start to finish (unlike other roofing companies who send a salesman). He works the job himself and carefully supervises his team. Very competitive bid. After consulting a number of companies found through Google, we selected Mt. Diablo Foam & Conventional Roofing for our roofing project. Other companies had given us several options for repair and re-roof. We decided after meeting Carlos that we wanted to go with a foam roof. We signed the contract, Carlos scheduled the work, came at the agreed time, and completed the job on time. The interaction with the staff was professional at all times. We are very pleased with our new roof and no longer have concerns about winter rain storms. We have seen a difference in our cooling costs already and expect that our heating bills will decrease this winter too !
