  I've been dealing with hip flexor pain on and off for several years from soccer and running. Normal PT has temporarily helped in the past, but after a recent injury I looked into other options for recovery and prevention and came across Muscle Mechanics. I've completed 2 sessions with Byron so far, and have been very happy with how much my hip mobility has already improved. It's clear he's very passionate about his work and wants to see his clients thoroughly understand the steps to take to workout without pain.

  By far the best sessions I’ve had to help with my calf issues. Starting running end of last year and my calf has been given me issues and I was recommended to Byron and sure enough it’s been worth it. I highly recommend coming in if your having any issues to improve and or learn about your mobility and what your body is really capable of.
  
  Update: 5/2/22
  After working with Byron for a few weeks the progress and my ability to run has improved immensely. My restrictions to running due to my calf issues have gone from a 10 to a 2. Change is happening and I’m excited to see what the next few weeks bring.

  I have been having pain and movement issue on my left shoulder and ankle over a year. Went few online and in person physical therapy but didn’t feel better until I came to Muscle Mechanics today. I can move my should and angle way better on my 90 min session. Really appreciate Byron’s help.

  I have had rotator cuff and shoulder pains for 3 years !! The pain was constant !! After mri’s and shots from the doctor with no relief I was losing hope !
  I am 4 weeks into recovery and strengthening my shoulders and I feel a so much better ! I have full faith that I will be able to make a full recovery thanks to Byron’s knowledge and experience !!
  I would recommend anyone who wants to feel better or get stronger to come and see what he is talking about !! He’s easy to get along with too so it makes the individualized trading fun !

  I have been coming to see Byron at Muscle Mechanics for years. I have aches and pains from my job. I have tried having regular massages, chiropractic visits and even physical therapy to keep the pain at bay. While I may get temporary relief from those visits, I must say, I get the most, sustainable relief from Byron. Not only do I get relief, I get educated and empowered to continue the work on my own so that I can avoid the pain to begin with (at least that's the goal😊)!
  Byron is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the work he does! He transfers that love and energy to his clients! He has built a community through in person classes, online classes and one on one sessions.
