  Dania was very professional and knowledgeable. She made my parents process easy and without any worry. She definitely lives up to a sellers expectations. Thank you Dania for handeling things for my retired parents when I couldn't be there to help them myself. We appreciate you!

  Dania was great! She knew everything about the area I was looking. I closed on my house within 30 days of looking because she made the process so seamless. She was extremely responsive and was great at negotiating and helping me get the house I wanted. I have been here for almost 2 years now, and the house has been great. I appreciate Dania and have referred her to multiple friends, and now I'm letting you all know she's the best.

  I met Dania when she was conducting an open house in my community. I was looking for an agent to assist and guide me through the processes of listing and selling my home. We met officially within the week and Dania dove quickly into my needs and wants for my home. We established a time line and schedule for the activity to commence. We evaluated nearby properties and then did our appraisal event after receiving this review we established time lines for other inspections and our first open house. When we were done with these events And more than a week away from open house Dania began to receive calls to see the home. I told her to go ahead release it for sale and showings early. That accomplished the home was viewed and an offer was made on the place and in short order we accepted a full asking price offer. The people came to look and were aware of Dania representing quality properties. The next series of events were set to be completed by a given date and each of those goals were met. It has been a quality series of events an accomplishments by a very dedicated Realestate expert.

  I agree with everyone else who has given DANIA RAZAQI five stars. She gives 110%. She is all about integrity and excellence. Extremely detailed and patient and on top of all this, she is such a kind soul. I really can't imagine getting any better service than this.
