I had my water softener and reverse osmosis water filter installed by Success Water Systems through Costco. The customer service from Danika is awesome and she is willing to go above and beyond to help me get the water softener system that meet my needs. The installation went smoothly and the system works well so far. I'm very satisfied.

We used this company for several years. They want sales and no service. I am 77 and had to climb up on a 7 ft ladder to fix what Tony left behind. He wanted to sell all New tubing but did put in a splice that was too long and when the garage door closed it smashed the tubing causing a leak. I just wanted it put up above the door and they refused wanting to sell new tubing. The tubing would've broke if it hadn't been hit by the door. Service is everything so even if you spend more for another service you won't get in our spot.
