  I weekly, for over 6 months, provide all requested labs & UA toxicology screens, and can honestly say I still am very satisfied and trusted with this location in everyway.
  
  Quest is still most requested in the past easily met any Occupational pre-employment toxicology screening needed without timely waiting periods dating back to 2005. My most recent reason for testing isn't for any occupation and is the unfortunate health diagnosis of an organ failing and criteria suitable for prompt, trusted labs results.
  
  I am recieving excellent treatment with a Whole Liver Transplant Team of doctos and specialist of the most suate out world wide, reprected, hospital located in the bay area, UCSF. With the help of Quest Diagnosis Medically at request of Dr., the optimum treatment plan and proper diagnosis of unbalanced or unhealthy levels can customized if wanted medical sucessful based on my sober and clean tests results, while waiting as patient as possible, knowing its well earned extremely strict requirements, a detailed assessment to met their overall well deserved and earned, has trusted Quest's results are literally my only proof that I am completely focused on extending my life expectancy while taking with my only sober and clean required documented laboratory results to ensuring me as an applicable canidate in suitable most likely sucessful transplant decision.
  
  Im normally a walk in and stopped by at everyday of the week & all at different time periods of open hours at some point and consistantly had only postive experiences.
  
  Im always politely acknowledged and greeted when u walk through the doorway.
  Waiting sanitary and clean environment that was a positive surprise unexpectedly did not match a contaminated environment that operates by collecting UA and other testing specimens.
  Even with walk-ins, resulting to a crowd, staff works together to make the wait time is kept to minimum while all needed and requirements are collected to get the specimen sample sent out to be transferred in same state to be properly analysed.
  Staff again, has always been so professional, never judgemental, and very considerate of respecting the privacy & confidential inquiries.
  
  I do not understand why they are receiving negative feedback at all. I think it might be a unexpectedresult thought to be fool proof.
