Kent Painting Company

We painted our 5,000 sq.ft. offices in Moraga this summer. Kris Kent came out to specify means, methods, and materials. I learned a lot about types of paint and finishes, and feel I got a very lasting job because of the first quality top grade Kelly Moore paints and primers he brought to our job. Yet his bid was also reasonable for the quality of the work provided.

His crew was top notch. Completely prompt, hard working and responsive always. They took the extra time required to get all our building surfaces very thoroughly prepped, which is 90% of a great paint job! Their work ethic was beyond question every step of the way.
Kris' job foreman was always willing to listen and answer questions, and patiently addressed all concerns over the several days of the job.

Kris' communication was always prompt and clear; and he showed up personally on several occasions to convey updates between ownership and crew, and to personally replace rotted boards and trim meticulously. His charges for these job extras was reasonable. Not cheap, but reasonable for the quality and care provided in these critical details. (There is no point in getting a paint job if the wood is rotted, poorly waterproofed or installed! He knows carpentry work, not just painting, and his standards are high.)

The job was a 3-color job, and getting the lines cut clean was a priority. His crew stayed focused and brought their A-game and pride of workmanship throughout - every day of the job! The materials selected were the best grade available.

I am going to have Kris and crew paint our own home soon.

We called Mr. Kent out on an emergency job for our store inside the Sunvalley Mall. Mr. Kent knocked out the job for us in one day. He was punctual and professional. His prices were honest and he recommended the best method for the job in order to get that professional look that we were looking for.
