A year and a half ago I contacted Terminix for termite treatment. They came out and serviced the area, or so I thought. Fast forward to today and we have termites again but in 5 locations. I did not want to contact Terminix again as they were very expensive and clearly did not last. Instead I went with Greater Bay Area Termites Not only were they $450 less, their product has a warranty of 3 years instead of 1, and should last at least 5. They were very knowledgeable, I highly recommend.
Great experience fair, clean, friendly would use again but hope to not have to.
