    I am a Kaiser member and have been using Apria’s services since early 2021. Every time I call, I receive excellent customer service. They are always so courteous and easy to talk to you.

    I just called yesterday for a supply re-order and received my shipment today. They are quick to get my orders out and it’s always right.

    I wish I could get this kind of service from Verizon.

    We are Kaiser members and I have had difficulty ordering supplies for my husband until today.
