I found this showroom well organized and clean. Everything was polished and looking great? I went in looking to remodel my bathroom the first person who greeted me was, I think her name was Rachel, was so nice she made me feel right at home. It was hot that day she offered a cold bottle of water and showed around the show room. Wow what a great selection of bathroom and kitchen products, I didn't realize there where so many options. When I couldn't decide which I wanted Rachel introduced me to one of their in-house designers, I think his name was Jerry, what a pleasure he was also. He helped me design my new bathroom economically but still beautifully matched features of the rest of the house.i am very happy so far with the entire experience! The folks in that showroom were a great help and even the owner was a joy to be around.
I recommend anyone looking to do anything as far as kitchens or baths check with them first. Thanks guys!

Professional, communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and reliable are some of the words that spring to mind after Felipé and the folks at Palazzo recently wrapped up replacing our old tile kitchen countertops with beautiful new quartz. Felipé's follow-through at all phases was consistent and comforting. In this age of unreliable contractors, working with Palazzo was a breath of fresh air. A bit on the pricey side perhaps, but well worth the peace of mind and the results!

I remodeled my kitchen and used Palazzo to purchase and install quartz countertops. I am extremely happy with the product and even happier with the service I received. Felipe was fantastic at keeping me updated throughout the process. The timeline was fairly quick, considering post pandemic delays. I also had Palazzo install backsplash that I had purchased elsewhere. I wish I had used the company to do my entire kitchen installation. Very professional, on time, and did quality work. My bathrooms will be next, and I will be sure to use Palazzo for that project!

A solid “A” performance. I’m not sure how this remodel could have gone smoother. My 89-year-old mother wanted to remodel her kitchen from the 1960’s, get all new appliances, keep her old cabinets, but have them painted. All of this during COVID and with me trying to coordinate things from another state.

Working with Rebecca from Palazzo went exceptionally well. We ordered appliances through Friedman’s and did not start work until the appliances were delivered. From demolition to completion was about five weeks. Art, the project manager, was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure things went well. I highly recommend Palazzo.

We did not know much about countertop fabrication process when we started looking for a company who can install new countertops to our recently remodeled kitchen. There was not that many options in our area, but after some research we found Palazzo Kitchens and Baths. They had great reviews, competitive prices, located in a reasonable distance from our house and were open Saturdays, which was a huge plus for us. After a couple of visits to their store and talking to a business owner, Felipe, we have learned a lot and understood the whole process much better. Felipe was very helpful and took all our requests with personal attention.
The slabs that we selected were extremely difficult to work with due to color and pattern variations, but Felipe and his crew went above and beyond to produce a wonderful end result! While providing great recommendations regarding the layout and seam matching, they never forced their opinion and always asked for our approval before starting any work. The fabrication process was completed in time and installation was quick and smooth.
After all, we are very happy with our new countertops and would recommend Palazzo Kitchens and Baths to anyone.
