    I travel for work but when I'm in town this is the only gym go to. The people are amazing and the coaches have years of experience. Everyone is welcoming and when you get to know them it's more than just a place to workout.

    Joined this gym 4 months ago and I have never been so happy at a gym! All the members are awesome, the facility has everything you need. I take the 5 am CrossFit class with Mike and he is such a chill coach that plays the best music to keep you pumped during the intense workouts. I’ve gotten so strong in these past months and am feeling great.

    I have been staying in Concord from out of state for over a month and I loved spending time at Overwatch! The biggest reason I recommend this gym is the community of people that train and coach there. Everyone is super friendly and right away made me feel included and welcomed. Coach Anna is a great motivator and creates programming that is inclusive to all types of athletes. If I find myself back in the area I would look forward to coming back to visit the gym and get a great workout in!

    Dropped in for a great workout while visiting the area! The coaches Will & Anna were great, very welcoming. Jimmy was also very responsive and friendly via phone.
    They have a big open gym, outdoor area and I
    Loved their WOD & workout equipment -esp the automatic foam roller! 😆
    If you live around the area & looking to join a CF gym, I’d def recommend it!
