Excellent job on my tooth!

I can honestly say that this is one of the few times that I feel that no matter how much I rave about this practice, it won't do them justice.  But I'll try by starting at the beginning.... I started having issues with a root canal that was performed by another dentist many many years ago. Turns out, a piece of one of the instruments used broke at the tip and was left behind inside my gums. So 2 yrs ago during a routine check up I was referred to see a specialist about getting this metal removed. I ended up at Livermore Dental where their endodontist performed a retreat root canal but did not remove the metal piece which was the actual issue. And how could she, the endodontist was jumping between me and another patient during my treatment. Fast forward to 3 month's ago, I again started having discomfort and swelling in the same area, so I went to see a general dentist for evaluation and sure enough, the metal in my gums was still there and causing a problem, so again I was referred to a specialist for an Apico. So this time I made it a point to read as many reviews as I needed to until I found a good one (endodontist). Finally, after hrs of research I came down to one that seemed well liked and was relatively close. Well.... after looking over the x-rays I brought in from another office, this dentist suggested multiple  procedures adding up to thousands of dollars  to fix the ONE problem! So did I have questions, you bet I did!! And after I asked all my questions to their office,  my insurance,  and the all knowing Mr. Google, I decided to get a second opinion. So there I was, back to searching for an ethical dental office that could give me an honest finite solution to my dental problem. And that is when I came across the name Dr. Ryan.

From the moment I spoke to their office manager when setting my initial consultation, to the time I set foot in their office, the interactions with all of the staff has been very pleasant, They understand the anxiety ppl like me feel after so many negative experiences  that they go above and beyond to make patients feel at ease by answering all one's questions honestly and straightforward.  And last but not least, Dr. Ryan is amazing and definitely the best at what he does. He not once tried to suggest unnecessary procedures and walked me step by step on the SINGLE procedure necessary to fix my problem.  And on the day of my procedure he was super gentle and worked quickly (which demonstrates he is a master of his trade). I highly recommend Ryan Endodontics and feel so greatful that I found them.

I just want to say that I'm very happy with the work done at Ryan Endodontics! I had very bad experiences with dentists in the past, and I wasn't very excited that I needed a root canal. From the moment you walk in, the whole staff is very nice and welcoming and that made me feel a little better. Gigi welcomed me in right away. Priscilla sat me down, answered my questions, heard my stories and was great about every little doubt that I had. She was very good at making me feel calm about something that I wasn't looking forward to. Dr. Jay answered all my questions, and just made the whole situation very easy and pleasant. I just want to say for people who have never had a root canal or are scared or hate dentists because you feel the situation is going to be horrible, can’t go to a better place than this!

Where to begin...from someone who has a mouthful of root canals... I had a great experience! This office is professional and kind. On time and efficient! Dr. Ryan did an amazing job on my root canal. He was extra thorough by taking a CT scan to confirm his diagnosis. When finished they gave me Advil as they thought I might have pain. Happy to say, NO pain or discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan. He’s amazing!
