(February 17, 2019, 11:47 pm)Great place for an afternoon walk and picnic. We take our young kids here and they gave a great time in the wind caves. It's easy to go on a really short walk with very little ones and have the older kids still have a good time. There are picnic tables for a nice lunch as well.

(January 19, 2019, 5:51 pm)This was a great park for hiking and climbing on rocks. My kids, 5,8,and 10, all had a blast. The only downside was the $10 parking fee but I would pay it again for the wonderful experience.

Diablo state park and you keep going straight, following which you park anywhere around after passing the Rock City Live Oak signboard. Take any of the trails as mentioned in the map there or in the pamphlet given by the cashier and you'll be rewarded with some beautiful Rock formations, as well as vistas of the valley and mountains around. Especially great during sunset. Also awesome for a picnic lunch.
