And when I’ve needed help no matter the hour of day, they are there being responsive and empathetic. As a matter of fact, I called recently to get help with my insurance ID card. Even though Jessica has never met me in person, she was sunny and helpful; it was almost like talking to an old friend. It’s nice knowing that they have my back like that.
