Should have done this years ago.

The Wellness Method was instrumental is the healthy life change for my wife and I. I came to them after spending years of spinning my wheels in my health. From the first day I stepping into the clinic from my last appointment with the doc, they made me feel like part of the family. I ultimately lost about 90lbs, my brain fog diminished, I slept better and gained great insights about my body. The monthly classes provided by their team were a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend the Wellness Method. I was even able to refer my mother and my in-laws who also had great success.

I have had such an outstanding experience with Wellness Method. I have learned so much about health and wellness from this professional team. My A1C blood sugar levels dropped 2.5 points in 8 weeks. I am still on a journey for total health and I know that I will meet every milestone if I stay the course. Dr. Kobsar, Judy and the whole team have such a drive to help those on health journeys and it is noticeable with each interaction from day one, and with all of the team members. I absolutely want to recommend the Wellness Program to everyone. It has allowed me to get my health back on track. As a diabetic I struggled with my sugar levels and as of this morning my A1c level is 6.4 and never been better! I have also lost 20 pounds in the process. All the staff are great to work with and I will listen. I’m so happy I found this program as it has changed my life for the better! I highly recommend this program.
