The Pool Doctor is THE BEST!! We just remodeled our backyard, and when we took out what we thought was an old, not working pool pump, it turned out there was still water flowing through it! Our regular maintenance guy couldn't fit us in for weeks. I called the pool doctor for help, and they were able to get a technician out to our home right away to assess what was going on and fix it. A few days after that, we realized our spa wasn't working right, and we called again, and The Pool Doctor got someone out to us right away. Their technician immediately knew what to do and fixed it right away. Finally, at the end of our backyard remodel we realized our pool heater wasn't working right, and, yet again, they sent out a tech who fixed the situation asap. We have now switched to having The Pool Doctor do our regular maintenance, and I am so relieved to know that if anything should go awry, the folks at The Pool Doctor will help us out, no problem. THANK YOU to everyone at THE POOL DOCTOR!!!

The pool doctor was easy to schedule, very competent at the service we needed, and very professional. The service tech was very knowledgeable about water chemistry. Their charges are above average and the pool pump they suggested was more expensive and more motor than we need.
