I had the pleasure of working with Joseph M. Who right from the start was easy to talk to, made me feel welcome during my call. He answered all my questions and clarified & explained what I needed & should know about my auto policy. He made my change to my new auto policy smooth. Not only was he about getting down to business, but also was personable towards me asking how I was doing, how the day was going etc. It was nice to talk with someone who would go out their way to make the call more comfortable and not just business.
