Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy

I highly recommend working with Kristiana for any issue you need resolved. I have PTSD from abuse by both parents. Over the years, decades really, I have tried every modality I could think of to address this. I even tried supplements that are supposed to help the nervous system relax, nothing worked. I'm not the type of person to give up and I kept looking and trying. I found RTH and did my research, I figured I had nothing to lose. I found Kristiana and it was an amazing experience. With her guidance I did some very deep work and accessed memories and experiences that allowed me to process trauma that was still active. I felt lighter and much more relaxed after the session. I was astounded by the experience and the work we had accomplished. It's been six months and I am still seeing the benefits of my work with Kristiana. I am much more relaxed and I don't respond the way I used to. I was generally on guard all the time and quick to frustration and anger, that is gone. Now my responses are appropriate and I am able to experience the emotion and feel it pass as it should. I am no longer holding on to the feelings and getting caught up in them for hours or days. So very grateful to Have Kristiana be apart of my healing.
