  In my experience Valley Ridge is not merely a well-run facility, managed with care and consideration, but also a friendly facility. The staff respond quickly and eagerly. I wish the folk were more friendly, but I understand that it is largely a working community and that necessarily dictates limited time and energy. I will be glad when the jackhammers are done and the pool returns to normal! Wish my appliances were more up-to-date!

  Yes, I have been living here for two years now and I have no negative things to say about this place. I like living at the Valley Ridge Apartment, they do take care of yard, and Tenants. When ever you need something fixed in the apartment, just enter the ticket in the service request in the community website and Luis takes care of it next day. The neighbors are friendly. Very quite place.

  We are currently moving out of our apartment here,but our stay here was great! We simple out grew it with new children. But management here has always been top notch, and maintenance has been super fast and friendly. I never felt once like i wanted to move out of frustration. Great apartment complex with friendly people and great hassle free management. Would highly recommend

  Recently moved to Valley Ridge and loving it! Way better than my more expensive Walnut Creek apartment, and I get more for the money here, two bathrooms instead of just one. I like that the apartments are only 2-story and everyone is very nice. The layouts are functional, room sizes and closets are spacious, and the shared spaces are clean. The on-site maintenance worker, Luis, and the front office manager, Anne, are pleasant to work with and make every effort to accommodate, which is much appreciated when moving. The location is great, close to everything, yet feels like you're out in the hills. A super cool extra here, is the trash valet - someone comes and picks up your trash AND recycling from your door and takes it to the bin - really nice when I normally have my hands full heading to my car. Glad to call this HOME.
