When I woke up in terrible pain from an abscessed molar, I was in a real panic. The pain was so overwhelming it made even simple actions, such as driving, very difficult. Dr. Clayman extracted my tooth that very afternoon. I've never had an extraction without general anesthesia so I was a bit frightened. Dr. Clayman and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He's a comedian as well. It's hard to laugh when your mouth is filled with instruments, other people's fingers, and your entire face is numb. I was surprised that, aside from pressure and odd noises, there was absolutely no pain during the procedure. It was not an easy extraction, with the tooth coming out in pieces. Afterward I didn't need prescription pain killers. Ibuprofen worked like magic. Now, one week later I'm almost completely healed with no sensitivity or swelling. Dr. Clayman is also an accomplished musician, a classical piano player, which is another good reason to trust him. I'm so pleased with my experience.
I've gone twice to this office... both times due to an emergency extraction that I needed... I was referred to this office and I just want to say that this is the BEST oral surgeon office I've ever been to.. I got treated right away and they took care of all my anxieties... absolutely recommend this office...
