  The area was good.This is my fist time here the staff are very accommodating and kind. And you don't have to worry of where to park, they had a huge parking area.. great place.. Thank you.

  Dr. Hsieh is very professional and knowledgeable. Top notch latest technology in eye care advances. The staff is sup we r nice and not very pushy which I loved.

  I originally chose Eye Love Optometry because it was closest to my house and they took my insurance. I was able to make an appointment easily and when I showed up for my appointment I was able to check in with no problems. I did wait about 25 or so minutes past my appointment time, but that's not a huge problem for me since the invention of cell phones.
  
  All the staff was friendly and I really liked Dr.Hsieh! He was super good at answering my questions. I didn't feel rushed and I felt like I mattered. I did notice that there were several people who came in and the staff knew their names and what was going on in their lives. I think that's super important, unlike places like Kaiser that just treat you like a number.
  
  The only thing that I wasn't really feeling was their frame selection (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). I have pretty decent coverage and I don't think they offered any frames that were under that allowance. I love the high end brands, but I lose my glasses so often that it's not practical for me to shell out even over 150.00 for plastic frames. The gal that was helping me though (I wish I had caught her name!) was hella knowledgeable and was able to pick the right frames quickly and efficiently. Other than that, they will be my eye doctor until further notice! Thanks Eye Love Optometry!

  Really like this place. They explain everything , thorough. The take the time to find the glasses that are right for you. Highly recommended.
