Sweet A’s

Can’t go wrong with any of their drinks. Used to stop by once a week when I lived near by and still do when I visit the area.

My husband and I was craving for a boba drink and stumbled across Sweet A’s. We were a bit hesitant going in because the storefront looks like a bookstore, but I’m so glad we did. The lady taking our order was so nice and patient while waiting on us to make up our mind on what we wanted. We ultimately ordered a Brown sugar milk tea, a Thai tea and an ultimate Halo-Halo. All 3 drinks tasted delicious with the perfect amount of sweetness. We will definitely be back to try out the other menu items.

The delicacies here are great! Ube Krinkles are amazing and just right amount of soft! Pair them with an ultimate halo-halo and you're set! Only downside is; because they are a small shop with limited staffing, wait times may be slow and long BUT its well worth it!

It was a hot day and I wanted a frozen drink. Mom wanted "halo-halo." We went to Sweet A's Bookstore? I was skeptical at first but then we went in :D

Such a cute little bookstore that sells Filipino cold drinks. The best idea ever!!! You can chill with a friend, read a book, and maybe do homework! (Seating is closed at this though since the Pandemic and all). But still super cute.

There are so many choices in drinks, if it's your first time it may take you a minute to choose. They also have a couple of snacks like fries and cookies. The staff were nice and service was fast!

Halo-Halo: one of the best I've ever tasted. I've never finished one before but this ultimate halo-halo was so refreshing, there was nothing left...see pictures :).
