  This studio is wonderful. It is clean, spacious, and has its own parking. I have taken several types of classes, and enjoyed them all; yoga, strength, but in particular Danielle’s hot Pilates class. First, I fell in love with her music playlists, then with her infectious enthusiasm and body/mind positivity. On top of that, she knows the proper mechanics and helps instruct you in your postures to make sure you are getting the maximum benefit out of your work out.

  Absolutely love the classes, the community, and the instructors here. Great variety of classes and times for someone with a busy work schedule! This is not your traditional pilates+ Yoga studio, it is incredibly clean, fresh, and well maintained. The people in the classes are welcoming and have great energy - no stigmas or judgment. Danielle Raab teaches inferno hot pilates- attending her classes a few times a week has transformed my relationship with working out to love my body and build strength and stamina! Her classes are inspiring and amazingly fun - even in the hot room - you leave feeling invincible and accomplished.

  If you haven’t taken a class with Danielle yet, you need to!! Before she becomes a world famous Pilates instructor and is behind your reach. Because that is her path.

  First time trying yoga, I signed up online for the Yin yoga class. The process was easy and quick.
  The studio is really clean and well laid out. The staff and teachers are warm and welcoming and very informative.
  I had a really wonderful time and can't wait to take another class!

  Really glad to have found this place. Wonderful selection of offerings and top notch instructors. Danielle is an absolute legend in the pilates classes. Her contagious effervescence gets at least an extra 50% out of me. I'm also enjoying the challenge of learning bikram via the skillful guidance of Dash and marinating in some yummy yin classes w Ashley. Strongly recommend this studio.
