Radhe has been my ongoing therapist since the pandemic, when…like many of us, found myself diving deep into all my shadows, trauma, and childhood neglect. I finally had a moment to pause and truly find solutions to my ongoing depression, and shame, for no reason that I experienced on and off my whole life. Radhe has completely transformed my whole being in the most subtle and profound ways. She is extremely talented in offering presence and precision in her craft to help regulate my nervous system where it slowly gave me back the freedom I was always craving. I can honestly say starting my therapy with Radhe made me become a way better mother to my now seven year old daughter and absolutely saved my marriage as I was completely in a state of fighter flight and not realizing it. A lot of my trauma came from the early death of my mom and an angry and narcissistic father. Each session, I was able to walk myself back home with the help of Radhe’s, extremely warm, touch and presence. I thought I would spend a lot of time talking about the past but Radhe showed me the true power lies within my body, knowing just the right thing to do to help heal itself. These past few years have inspired me to be a better person, wife, mother, and hopefully help others experiencing similar pain with nervous system regulation, tools. I was deeply skeptical at first as I couldn’t logically put together how what she was doing was going to work and what even the process was, but I am skeptical no longer. She is so deeply gentle, calm, and powerful as a presence. We’ve been working together a few years now and she’s helped me to overcome the trauma associated with cancer, difficulty with forgotten childhood developmental traumas, dangerous toxic relationships, personal boundaries and personal regulation. I didn’t even realize I was living stuck in fight or flight response essentially since childhood, and now, frankly I’m not.
