  I love Coach Steph!!!!! She is not only an amazing fitness trainer who is helping me to transform my physique she also explains the science behind the exercises that I’m doing so that I can get optimum results!!! She is caring, compassionate and has a heart for health and wellness! She knows that the importance of nutrition, detoxification, body structure, hydration, muscle building and mind work is vital to success! Coach Steph is the best!!!!!

  I have been working out with Steph Festejo of FitMind2Body for 2 months now and I have lost 5% of body fat, gained 2 lbs of muscle and am feeling fantastic! So far 10 lbs are gone. My work requires me to carry and lift pretty heavy equipment and work over 8 hours a day, before coach Stephanie, I was exhausted and had to work at a much slower pace. Those days are gone because of Stephanie Festejo of fitmind2body. She has assisted me with proper form during weight lifting and regular exercises so I don't injure myself. Steph has also assisted me with meal plans and a regular exercise program. Coach Steph is such an asset to my life and I see results because of her!
