I am a real estate agent, and listed a property for sale in San Ramon. I called in this local company to perform a sewer lateral inspection, and everything was done well from scheduling to keeping the appointment, to explaining the process, and it was quick. I asked for a report of this service, a report to show the findings of the system when they used the scope. Thought I would receive it after I paid for the invoice, however there was a delay of a few days until it came. I did eventually receive the inspection results, and was happily surprised to find a VIDEO of the scope itself. This was a good thing to have. I would recommend this company again, for all matters of it's services.

I have been using Magnificent Plumbers for many years. They are extremely prompt and efficient. All of the plumbers I have worked with have been courteous as well as very knowledgeable. They explained my options and risks and benefits of each. I am disappointed that they have now started charging 3% for credit cards!

Great job by the plumber. I was struggling hard to put a new toilet flange as was my fold toilet flange got rusted and then broken. I put a soft material around the PVC pipe and the screws were coming off and they are not holding strong to the basement. Plumber was very professional. Understood the problem and provided the exact solution that was needed for my problem.
