(March 10, 2019, 10:41 pm)I’ve never met anyone that is as thorough, well presented and customer friendly as Monica at the Walnut Creek Public Storage. She really goes out of her way to make sure every customer feels right at home and tries to solve every situation that arises with top notch customer service. For this sole reason I feel safe leaving my items here knowing that she is on the property taking care of business. I highly recommend her to all my Family and Friends for all their storage needs.

(February 11, 2019, 11:26 pm)This is one busy facility. Came in yesterday to rent a unit the girl behind the counter was by herself. Definitely overwhelmed with customers, she was calm, cool and collected. She apologized to everyone that she was a little slow acknowledged everyone that came through the door. Best customer service I’ve received at a rental place period. Definitely worth the wait. She was thorough and you can tell she enjoys her job and connecting with her customers. I wish other businesses focused on Customer Service the way Monica did with me yesterday. She made me feel comfortable leaving my stuff secured with Public Storage.

(January 14, 2019, 11:35 pm)Came in to rent a storage today. I am disabled and cannot walk to fast due to knee injuries. Monica was patient and kind. Found me the perfect unit close enough to the doors so I wouldn’t have to strain myself moving my items in. I appreciate her taking the time to show me a few different choices and doing her best to accommodate me. I’d recommend this place to anyone Monica was fantastic.

Today was a very busy day and they handled themselves well and were so courteous to everyone when some people were not so courteous to them. These to ladies are amazing, and work great as a team. I recommend renting from them anytime. Thank you for Top Notch service!
