(October 27, 2016, 11:55 am)Best shape I've ever been in, in least amount of time. As a former swimmer and boxing workout junkie, I can seriously say I got in the best shape I've ever been in at Raw. Tom has built a great gym. The focus is on athletics so the workout sets focus on strength building and range of motion. You're not going to miss leg day here. People are always around to help guide you and there are plenty of exercises/stretches that will be new to you.
