Back On Track Physical Therapy

I had labrum repair surgery and needed a great PT facility. This place is awesome. Super professional in every way and I couldn't be happier. Happy to find Back on Track after the first place I went to, that was an absolute dump.

I'm finally treating the shoulder & back pain I've had for years, and so far the results I'm getting are very promising. The physical therapists at Back on Track are helping me be pain free.

I love this place. The staff are a group of professionals very friendly. My therapist Daniel is very professional and he knows what he is doing. He seems to care a lot about every patient problem and he try to help in the best possible way to make me feel comfortable. I am happy to share my experience.

Back on Track Physical Therapy (PT) at Walnut Creek makes both my mom and I feel at home. Very good therapist there plus caring staff. The front desk is very friendly, flexible, and accommodating.

I was accompanying my mom for PT initially and I thought I would give it a try so that I can 'kill2 birds with one stone', i.e. getting my PT done while my mom visits there. Both of us have very good results from the treatment by Chris.

This was my best Physical Therapy experience. Everyone working in this office are professionals! I'd say you are in good hands with the folks at this location. I worked with Miranda one of their amazing P/Ts. She was always kind, and uber professional. I always felt heard and understood when ever I talked to her about the issues I was having with my back. She was also good at following-up with me about the progress of my at home exercises...Which is really where recovery happens!
