Very nice park to hike with great senic views. After rain it becomes more green.
Pulled off the freeway to take a break from traffic. Free parking. Clean bathroom. Very pretty and peaceful. I saw bbq pits. Very nice!
One of my favorite places to hike in the tri-valley. Accessible, gorgeous, and not crowded. Parts of this area may be difficult for casual hikers as the hills can be very steep, but there are alternate routes to accessthe gorgeous ridge overlooking the entire San Ramon Valley. Beautiful oaks and benches scattered throughout. Also a great place for dogs!
Just enough space to do a short run or hike, with several options to prolong your journey if the roughly 1.25 mile loop isn't enough for you. Deer wander around at dawn and dusk. The area allows off-leash dogs except for the picnic area, so beware if you do not enjoy dogs. Clean bathrooms, plenty of space to have a gathering, and rarely crowded.
This is a nice place for a short hike or trail run. The views are quite nice. It’s best in the spring time because of how green it gets (beautiful). There are bbq/picnic areas if your in the mood. Bathrooms are available which is nice because you didn’t always have that option.
