Jason the owner went above and beyond the call of duty. My daughter’s car was overheating. Two other shops looked at it, did a pressure test, changed the radiator cap x 2, and told us there was no problem that they could find? Yet, both shops took our money and said for us to drive it and come back if it continued the issue. That is when I stopped into Jason's shop. He listened and asked questions. He gave me a bottle of coolant at no cost and said he would be happy to look at it if it continued to have issues. It did, so I brought it into Jason's new location on Merrychase Dr. He kindly looked over the car and did the test to see if it was a blown head gasket. It was! He showed me the proof by allowing me to see the test he did on it. He truly felt bad and did not charge me for any of his time. Jason has a BIG heart and knows what he is doing! The biggest difference is, he cares and wants to honestly help! He did not treat me like a number. I am so thankful for his time and knowledge, but most of all I am thankful he took the time to listen and found the time to really let us know what was really going on! His shop is busy, he has a ton of cars, but that did not stop him from caring about us and our issue.
